Job Description:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Flight crew for tests performed in experimental licensed Falcon Jet aircraft, including after hours, weekend and holiday assignments and travel as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

· In coordination with Flight Test Pilot, define and prepare flight test programs to comply with Certification requirements for FWW aircraft and verify the compliance of the test order with Permit To Fly and Flight Condition Approval Sheet.

· Execute certification projects in coordination with Engineering and Dassault Flight Test organizations.

· Conduct Flight Tests in accordance with Dassault procedures. Perform the analysis of the data collected in flight under the supervision of a qualified flight test engineer (noise, conditioning, performance, DFDR, etc.) and verify the performance of the aircraft systems.

· Act as liaison between Flight Test, Engineering and Production. Provide technical analysis and coordinate the resolution of the flight test discrepancies for production flights

· Establish and maintain a line of communication with engineering/flight test counterparts at Merignac and Istres:

· Assist in troubleshooting and correcting discrepancies on aircraft during completion at KLIT to detect developing problems and/or potential problem areas in production aircraft

· Disseminate information concerning differences in the aircraft as a result of changes effected on the production line.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Possess a B.S. or higher degree in an engineering or technical aeronautical/aerospace discipline. Additionally, years of work experience in a flight test environment may be substituted for completed, relevant education from an accredited college or university. 1 year of education 2 years of experience.

· In addition to the previous requirement, minimum of two years cumulative experience in engineering, production or in a flight test activity.

· Capability of learning aircraft systems.

· Basic understanding of FAA and EASA certification practices and procedures.

· Possess good technical writing and oral communications skills

· Must have the ability to enter and exit the aircraft and to walk about in the cabin with or without reasonable accommodation
