Description:This position provides administrative assistant support to one Director and three Sr. Mgrs. Position requires an individual who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly dependable, ability to work independently and effectively with a high level of flexibility in prioritizing tasks and schedule.

Position requires flexibility to adapt start/stop time hours and work overtime.

Position involves high volume of calendar management activity which includes ability to re-work and de-conflict calendar schedule and identify knowledgeable individuals to attend meetings supporting the Director. Arrange travel plans (domestic and international as well as ground transportation) that often require multiple changes to meet changing business schedule; assemble and provide all necessary travel documentation and business material needed prior to travel. Responsible for processing expense reports in Concur as well as reconciling corporate travel card.

Standard administrative duties include tracking action items and follow-up to ensure actions are completed on-time, setup and support of a variety of meetings including catering arrangements, visit requests, conf. room and guest office arrangements, electronic equipment, arrange & start VTC’s, Skype, and or Teams meetings, setup and support of a variety of meetings involving LM and External Customer attendees.

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software. The selected individual will be required to perform complex and diversified administrative functions that require independent decision making and problem solving with minimal direction. Perform additional special assignments as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated administrative assistant experience supporting Director level management and associated procedures and protocol.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works well with peer admins, demonstrated dependability and the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and SharePoint as well as Concur.

Excellent multi-tasking ability and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.

Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship

Candidate should have a solid skillset of Microsoft Teams; Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel software applications. A working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and ability to adapt in use of several other application platforms.
Ability to work with minimal direction & company/team first attitude at all times.
Excellent interpersonal skills/ability to interact with all levels of management, peers, government and other industry personnel in a proficient, courteous, discrete and professional manner.
Well organized with flexibility and ability to effectively balance the handling of multiple assignments and tasks.
Successful candidate must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment.
Determines priorities of non-routine situations and will participate and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed, including providing support to the department staff.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $49,100 - $94,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $56,500 - $102,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
