Description:Supports the Orlando manufacturing Sr. Staff and Director of Operations at Missiles & Fire Control. Will perform executive administration duties, including creation of presentations, scheduling meetings, managing internal and external commitments, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, coordinating executive/VIP visits/factory tours, and other coordination activities as assigned. It is also important that the candidate is able to understand scheduling to ensure efficiency and optimal use of the director’s and respective staff’s time; manage the director’s schedules to de-conflict and be able to prioritize meetings based on mission and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external customers, clients and vendors. The candidate will also be responsible for sending out mass communication messages to the staff as required for multiples items, such as organization announcements and upcoming events.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Concur or similar online tool.

Experience arranging travel and expense reports

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works well with peer admins, and demonstrated dependability.

Excellent multi-tasking ability and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.
Desired Skills:
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
