In your role, you will
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare visually stunning and impactful presentations to highlight recruitment results to leaders of our organization.
- Build interactive dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and other modern data visualization solutions using various data sources.
- Collaborate and coordinate with variety of stakeholders to consolidate and streamline our data processes and automate where possible.
- Assist our stakeholders when defining key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives.
- Oversee market trends and look out for best practices in recruitment.
- Play a key role in various projects supporting the recruitment team and implement improvement initiatives.
The mission of our Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Team is to create a competitive advantage by developing workforce planning intelligence in order to proactively attract and recruit the top talent.
As our ideal candidate
- You have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics, Information Management or a related technical discipline and equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience
- You have in-depth knowledge in developing reporting and visualization solutions utilizing Power BI, or other modern BI solutions and MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- You have superior analytical and communication skills: ability to synthesize complex concepts or analyses in simple, high impact statements
- You are able to multi-task, and prioritize work
- You have high attention to detail and an ability to keep information organized
- You are available to work flexible hours to respond to customer requests
- You have experience developing dashboards and reports for executives and operational business users
- You have a strong results-driven orientation and ability to improve processes for higher business performance.
- You have team spirit, commitment, professionalism and innovation are qualities required to excel in this position
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills English.
