Job Description

 

Are you a problem solver that has experience with process improvement in large HRIS and ERP software systems? Do you have a background in technology? Cascade Aerospace is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst who can guide our business users with IT initiatives as well as become an expert on the administration and improvements for our HRIS system.

Due to our work with the Department of National Defence, only Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered at this time. 

Major Responsibilities & Duties

 

  • Analyze and lead business process migrations or improvements in SAP SuccessFactors and the company enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Support setup, configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, functional requirements for developers/project team.
  • Prioritize and establish scope.
  • Prepare documentation including project charters, system requirements definition, business cases, system reviews, training materials, system configuration documentation, etc.
  • Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs.
  • Strive to consistently act in a manner that reflects Cascade Aerospaces culture and values.
  • Be familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with Cascade Aerospaces Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures.

Education

 

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP Certification or an equivalent combination of training and experience is an asset.
Experience

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling and documentation.
  • Familiar with the following is an asset:
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
    • Experience with ERP applications, such as Epicor or JDE.
    • Creating and managing project plans for small or medium size projects ensuring user requirements are met and projects are completed on time. 
    • SQL Server database system.
    • SSRS/Power BI
