Job Description:

Under general supervision, the F-35 Advisor will be responsible for program and flight operational support within the Flight Operations Department. This position will provide insight and training on the F-35 to the Flight Operations Department and will regularly answer non-routine correspondence, assemble highly confidential and sensitive information, and coordinate needs of diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide F-35 specific training and courseware development. Function as a liaison between the ACES consulting division of the company the Flight Operations Department. Analyze flight training and debrief data, generating reports that will guide the company in operational execution.

Salary: $60 - $62/Hourly DOE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience in a relevant F-35 systems field.
  • Two years F-35 experience with systems data and analysis.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to utilize various software and applications (Microsoft Office 365/GCC) for creating spreadsheets, reports, documents, forms, and presentations.
  • Occasional travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.
  • Valid State Driver License.
  • U.S. Citizenship with active/current DoD TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry preferred.
  • Two years' experience in an F-35 operational or training squadron is preferred.
  • Two years' experience in government contract reporting preferred.

Work Authorization

  • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
  • Tactical Air Support is a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required.
  • Occasional aircraft hangar or flight line environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes from engines and chemicals, unpredictable climate (hot/cold), and electrical shock, or trip or slip hazards.
  • May be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials.
