Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry-Level Transportation Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Chantilly, VA or Sacramento, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for transportation requirements and facilitates delivery problem resolution
- Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of material, products or related services
- Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders
- Designs transportation plans and solutions
- Identifies requirements and business rules for third party freight audit and payment provider to ensure compliance within our facility.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years’ experience working in a customer support role
- Must have strong knowledge of United States geography
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Familiar with systems such as SAP
- 1+ year experience in transportation
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years related work experience).

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (PST)

Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050
