In order to support our international Premium & Worldwide Support team, we at Airbus are looking for an IT Operations Specialist - Premium Services (d/f/m).

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will join the digital team dedicated to Airbus Premium & VIP Users support. The team&39;s mission is to deliver reliable, secured and high quality support, everywhere and everytime, that supports Premium & VIP activities, by delivering a high level of tailored service with end-to-end responsibility and with an international influence. You will actively contribute to the success of the premium support activity development and user satisfaction in an exciting environment. You will represent the image of Service Premium in particular and of IM in general.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will manage a high level of Service Support delivery to the Top Management and to the Premium VIP users.

  • You will act as a known point of contact  and enforce closer proximity with Top Management and Premium VIP users.

  • You will increase the support reactivity, improve the efficiency & adapt the communication strategy.

  • You will fix the issues and ensure the end-to-end responsibility towards IM incident & request.

  • You will provide advisory according to the user requirements.

  • You will manage and support Top Management and Premium VIP users awareness sessions on IM tools and Services.

  • You will follow and support the Top Management during their business trips.

  • You will contribute and enforce Premium Teams on internal and external events (e.g. Airshows, Symposiums, Financial forums...).

Desired skills and qualifications

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relevant field or have a comparable qualification combined with several years of experience in the IT environment/ IT support.

  • You bring experience in Premium VIP support, especially with the board of directors and with top management users.

  • You are experienced in supporting international events and in collaborating with foreign countries and people.

  • You are good in supplier management (SLA, XLA; OLA outcomes).

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills that enable you to establish trustful relationships with your stakeholders.

  • You are a stress-resistant person who does not shy away from taking decisions.

  •  You are fluent in English and German

Business Travels

This position requires regular traveling which are not an option and may be long (12/14 days sometimes). It also requires high availability and on duty support during non business hours and during banking holidays.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
