This is a high visibility role and will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and executive leadership on a regular basis. As a member of Independent Cost Evaluation (ICE) team, the candidate will apply ICE processes in the development and analysis of quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR), Proposal and the Long Range Plan (LRP) across a variety of program areas. Responsible for identifying technical, schedule, cost and contractual risks of proposals and ongoing Development, Sustainment and Production Contracts. The candidate will develop and maintain data to be used in the ICE process and saved for historical purposes and will utilize the data to develop Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) and non-recurring development matrices, which will be used to estimate and measure program performance in Engineering, Sustainment and Operations (Build Team) concerning both LM Aero and the major suppliers. This individual will present the results of the quarterly CSR, Proposal, and LRP analysis to LM Aero and Corporate Leadership. The candidate will support the development of less experience ICE team members through coaching and knowledge transfer and will develop and maintain working relationships with program personnel.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related degree
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Strong financial/analytical skills
• Experience with competitive proposals and strategy
• Ability to summarize and present complex data to influence Executive Leadership decision making
• Knowledge of FAR, TINA, or CAS
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
• Experience with, relational, technical databases, dash boards; for example,(Tableau, SAP, ADAR, Hyperion)
• Experience working with highly technical concepts
• Strong Earned Value and Program Controls experience
• Prior experience as a CAM or Cost Integrator
• Experience with development programs and development of Non-recurring metrics
• Experience using manufacturing learning curves
• Knowledge in Sustainment programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage complex portfolio and challenging assignments

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
