What you’ll need to do the role:
Essential skills include proficiency in advanced Excel and the ability to work confidently with multiple large datasets. You should possess the capability to translate complex requirements into clear and digestible reports and insights, along with experience in reporting across various sources, systems, and processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to data governance and GDPR guidelines are crucial. Desirable skills such as familiarity with People Analytics, Tableau, Workday, and Data Management are advantageous. As a candidate, you should excel in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks independently. Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
