You will join a small team supporting people reporting within the HR function. The team have developed a strong reputation for delivery and are well respected within the function and across the organisation.

As a People Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver reports and data to support business performance. Specifically, this role will be responsible for delivering regular, statutory and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring that people have the information they need to make informed decisions.

The role is also critical in supporting easyJet’s ambition to become the world’s most data driven airline. Acting as a trusted advisor you will support people by providing reporting and analytics across the People function.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering regular People reporting commitments according to the Insights Calendar, which includes monthly People reporting, legal, and regulatory reporting. Taking ownership of ad-hoc requests within SLA guidelines will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights to support projects and initiatives within the People Function, advocating for a self-service first approach to reporting. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you produce reporting governance documentation for any new requirements.

What you’ll need to do the role:

Essential skills include proficiency in advanced Excel and the ability to work confidently with multiple large datasets. You should possess the capability to translate complex requirements into clear and digestible reports and insights, along with experience in reporting across various sources, systems, and processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to data governance and GDPR guidelines are crucial. Desirable skills such as familiarity with People Analytics, Tableau, Workday, and Data Management are advantageous. As a candidate, you should excel in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks independently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adept at managing multiple priorities, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team, we encourage you to apply.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
