Job Description 1

The ideal candidate thrives on communicating with key customers, is proactive and takes initiative before being asked the status of parts or shipments and has worked in aerospace manufacturing, Composites a plus, metrics driven, build-to-stock manufacturing environment. This is a person who has a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to be on the shop floor 25 of the time, 20 on the time interacting with others and 35 addressing operational opportunities.

Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production.
Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.
Assists in determining possible and actual shortages may initiate action to correct these deficiencies.

Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and takes appropriate remedial action.

Align efforts with Business Objectives and meet the needs of internal and external customers

Required Skills:

Computer sills to include intermediate level Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, formulas
Demonstrated data entry skill; at least 60 WPM, alpha 10
Customer Service excellence
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, email, interpersonal, listening, patience, kindness
Able to communicate effectively across a diverse workforce, vertically with leadership and broadly across a variety of managers, purchasing, production control team, engineering and quality.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent math skills: able to accurately add, multiply, divide, subtract without a calculator
Able to reason and to demonstrate good judgment

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $22.00 to $26.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
