Join our Strategic Missiles and Defense team in Silverdale, Washington. Our Materiel & Logistics group is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Member to provide supply support for D5 missile processing, equipment maintenance, DD-250 processing in support of fleet operations, and inventory management.

You will be trained in the categories of the Property Management lifecycle to include property acquisition, receipt/identification, records creation, physical inventory, reports, utilization, maintenance, disposition, and contract closure.

In this dynamic role you will:

• Plan, schedule and handle the efficient movement of material from the warehouse or other FBM plants to production.
• Handle material movement with procurement, warehouse, hazardous material, and production control personnel to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to satisfy customer requirements.
• Work closely with an experienced Property Management Team, support property records system requirements, and create metrics, management and customer reports.
• Utilize company and government business systems to manage and report Loss, Theft, Damage, and Destruction of Government Property, and support, develop and ensure goals and objectives are met in maintaining an Approved Property Management Business System.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with logistics/property data bases (IMAP, AMOS, SAP, ASRS, and SAIL) or equivalent programs for managing and tracking Government property and equipment
• Be able to review, analyze, and interpret procedural documentation and production schedules
• Strong computer skills to include functional knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• US Citizenship is required. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret clearance required prior to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of U.S. Government requisitioning systems, MILSTRIP, and status/cancellation codes
• Experience with inventory management, OS/AEL adjustments/reconciliations, and allowance change request
• Property administration experience preferred
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR and DFARs)
• Experience in maintaining process and procedures to ensure accurate recordkeeping of property and material assets
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Be a self-starter who is enthusiastic with ability to multi-task

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
