Pilot Training Center (PTC) Registrar/Scheduler will interface with US Service Leads to facilitate student throughout. The Registrar/Scheduler duties will work with the training management system to schedule instructors, enroll students, coordinate with schedulers and enter student data into the student data base, training resources, including classroom, PTC Training Devices and Maintenance Squadron to support additional Hands on Training. Tasks include processing, tracking, documenting, scheduling and generating routine reports. Registrar/Schedulers will flow the weekly schedules and develop two and three week scheduling shells in support of student throughput. Registrar/Schedulers will be expected to be proficient in the use of the F-35 Training Management System or local computerized scheduling programs in use. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have prior registrar/scheduling experience working with the JSF Training Management System. Prior TMS/SHARP experience is required. Must have experience organizing and conducting F35 ATC in-process training orientation for new F35 pilots/maintainer students. Have prior knowledge in creating pilot/maintainer ALIS ID’s for training and training Jacket skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, solid ability to organize and work independently and a tracking. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel) is required. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal high desire to provide customer satisfaction. Must have a current/active SECRET clearance.
Desired Skills:
Proficient in the use of the F-35 Training Management System, Learning Management System Knowledge of the JSF Istructional System Design. Experience with transferring students/pilots ETJ to the appropriate gaining unit. Bachelors’ degree desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $70,500 - $135,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
