As a SAP MES analyst, the candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
The area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and daily operations.
The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; in agile mind-set and methodology (SCRUM).
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate with 3 to 6 years of SAP ME/MII/HANA administration experience
SAP HANA Basis experience specialized in design and configuration of SAP HANA systems.
Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services.
Administer, maintain and harmonize the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test and production).
Experience in administration of SAP ME/MII Application.
Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
Advanced knowledge about HANA security management.
Knowledge about XS advanced administration.
Knowledge about XS advanced development.
Knowledge about WebIDE for HANA installation and administration.
Knowledge about WebIDE for HANA native development.
Knowledge about SQL in HANA.
Good knowledge about SLT/SDA to consider the best setup for specific use cases.
Knowledge of SAP SolMan tools i.e., ChaRM, Job Monitoring etc., and connecting SolMan to Hana
Communication skills as required to cooperate with developers and promote suggestions and improvements.
Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner.
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills including deep-dive investigations with the help of the HANA documentation.
Experience about common issues to proactively analyse the system in order to find potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities before failures.
Experience to work with OSS (Incidents, SAP Notes implementation, Standard modification).
Nice to have
Should have experience in architecting and planning SAP database migration and other Basis related projects.
SAP NetWeaver on Java, MII and ME monitoring, administration and configuration.
Devops concepts (github,jenkins,..) and its relation/integration to WebIDE.
Java Basis support and activities (Transport management, housekeeping and monitoring of Java systems).
As operational specialists follow, monitor and process (RCA) systems basis failures.
Coordinate / Follow the end to end incident management.
Responsibilities:
