Job overview and responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand new best-in-class Campaign Ops team to create the world’s first travel media network from the world’s best and largest airline in the world. Bringing energy, attention-to-detail, entrepreneurship, and digital media experience, the Campaign Manager will spearhead the strategy and execution of digital advertising campaigns across United’s media network.

  • Set up and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager/DV360
  • Monitor, analyze and report on assigned campaigns, providing regular cadence of reporting as required
  • QA and troubleshoot 3rd party creative tags, tracking and VAST tags to validate the tags are formatted correctly and function in our ad serving platform
  • Communicate effectively with Sales and Account Management partners to ensure alignment to advertiser/client KPIs and optimization
  • Troubleshoot various aspects of campaign setup including creative setup, audience targeting and impression discrepancies to determine the cause of the issue and a resolution path
  • Partner with all integrated Marketing groups to ensure holistic execution, alignment with full consumer journey, consistent and optimized brand communications and experiences

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant degree
  • Marketing, Communications, Project management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns across cross-functional team members
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting data and campaign reports in organized and highly visual formats
  • Highly detail-oriented, with self-motivation to drive results
  • Must possess strong time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Google Ad Manager or other ad server
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with creative tags and assets for digital media
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or HTML5, a plus
  • Previous experience with 3rd Party Ad Servers (DV360, Atlas, Sizmek, etc.)
  • Experience with 3rd party tag vendors (DCM, Innovid, Moat, IAS, Sizmek, etc)
  • Experience using Third-Party tags for impression, viewability, and IVT tracking
  • Demonstrated success building and managing complex business processes across multiple teams in a high-growth environment
  • Working knowledge in technologies such as DV360, Liveramp, The Trade Desk, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Ads Manager, Direct IO deals
