Join the COOLR team as a Senior Systems Administrator at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
In this role, you will:
• Perform Ground Segment Software and Hardware Level 1 and Depot Level 2 support to include:
o Bench testing/repair, system troubleshooting/repair and system administration tasks
• Travel TDY to provide maintenance support for Ground Mobile Stations (deployed or on-station) including:
o system administration, technical assistance and fault detection/fault isolation.
• Develop and maintain local processes and procedures to accomplish tasks not covered by Technical Orders
Basic Qualifications:
1. Basic IT skills:
- Understanding complex networks
- System administrator skills, i.e. Password management, Software install/upgrades and
System troubleshooting skills
- Computer software familiarity, i.e. Windows and LINUX
- Basic Programming skills, i.e. CMD line prompt and PowerShell

2. Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Desired Skills:

-Windows Administration Skills
-knowledge on SIDEWINDER firewalls
-knowledge on Oracle’s Fiber Channel RAIDs
-knowledge on LEGATO Networker—system backup software
-knowledge on CISCO routers, switches and Adaptive Security Appliances (ASA)—a security device that combines firewall, antivirus, intrusion prevention, and virtual private network (VPN) capabilities
-Some familiarity with the equipment/platforms below:
Cisco 9300
DIGI, i.e. Port Manager, Remote Console
ACPC, i.e. Power Panel, Assy, AC
PDU, i.e. Power Distribution Unit

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $78,500 - $150,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
