 You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and administration or other relevant fields in HR or Psycology
  •  You have previous experience in employer branding or recruitment
  • You have some experience of full cycle recruitment processes or high-volume  recruitment and good knowledge of professional recruitment practices and trends
  • You have a passion for employer branding
  • You are hands on experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools and Social mediachannels.
  • An AON certification or DNV certification is an advantage.

  • communicateAnalytical, structured, and proactive with a strong business orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong ability to deliver.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required, both written and spoken  

 

 

 

 

 In this role you will be responsible for: 

    • Lead end to end recruitment for various departments, working closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate in developing and executing effective employer branding initiatives through various channels, both internally and externally.
    • Develop and retain our career page,job advertisement and some tools.
    • Conduct through candidate assessments, including resume screening, virtual interviews, or in-person to evaluate candidate’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
    • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate reports for management review.
    • Participate in recruitment-related project, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts and process improvements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to enhance the Employer branding strategy approach.
    • Represent the Company at job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to promote the organizations employment opportunities.
