What You Will Do:
Assignments will include supporting the evaluation of infrastructure design in the area of cyber security, supporting vulnerability analysis of systems, and supporting system cyber security certification. Evaluating Linux and Windows computing platform devices, network designs and devices for cyber security vulnerabilities. Possible travel to various sites to support installations, testing, and meetings locally and possibly around the U.S.
Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors in a STEM discipline, with 2 years equivalent work experience or no experience required with a related Masters degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience performing cyber security scans with Tenable
SC or similar tools
- STIG checklists
- Applying remediations and mitigations to address cyber
security findings
- Linux (RHEL or similar) system administration experience
including bash/Python scripting
- Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019 administration
experience
- Windows Active Directory
- Using Kickstart and Ansible to automate system
deployment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $76,600 - $146,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $88,100 - $166,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
