Lead a multisite organization that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME, and Sourcing. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations, and engineering specifications while accountable for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance, and product quality.

  • Cost improvement analysis
  • Lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of overall compliance to regulatory and AS9100 requirements, ensuring all necessary certifications and approvals are obtained
  • Revise and update processes and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management system standards
