Duties

  • Manage and oversee engineering programs from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to ensure project milestones are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead the development of engineering documentation, including technical specifications and reports
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred.)
  • Proven experience in engineering program management, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Revit or SolidWorks.
  • Familiarity with carbonise systems and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct mathematical calculations for product development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: 91,721.70-110,460.55
