The Work
As an Instructional Design member on our team you will:
• Design, model, document, and guide the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes for complex applications.
• Analyze needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications. May create standards or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance.
• Support the sustainment and development of F-35 instructional products across the F-35 Pilot, Maintenance and ALIS training domains.
• Perform as part of an engineering/training team to develop new products, conduct analysis, interpret, and analyze requirements obtained/derived from customer requirements.
• Comfortable travelling 20 domestically and internationally

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience with 7 years of professional experience
* Leadership skills; including coordinating tasking between multiple groups, leading meetings, developing/performing presentations, and working with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in all phases of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation (ADDIE) process
* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Experience designing, developing and implementing military training
* Proficient with core Microsoft Office applications
* Proficient technical writing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
* Minimum of five years on the F-35 Training System
* Experience working with 4th and 5th Generation fighters (some examples could include F-16 or F-35)
* Strong initiative characteristics and teaming skills
* Active SECRET security clearance
* Experience working with the F-35 Training System (Training Devices or Labs)
* Extensive military or aviation training experience
* Experience working in an AGILE environment
* Experience using JIRA/Confluence Atlassian web-based tools
* Previous experience managing complex tasks
* Experience using JSF Data Library (JDL)
* Familiar with the F-35 Training System process
* Experience working within the ALIS training domain

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
