Start: March 2024
Duration: 6 months
Your locationAt our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilitiesComplete process analysis of development flow on prototype aircraft activities
Test and confirm correct application of process on current prototype
Convert process on logogram with roles and responsibilities description
Identification of improvement and propose development axis
Transversal working group coordination
Risks and opportunities analysis
Progress reporting
Synthesize, deploy and promote logogram communicate to the prototype community (operational as management).
Work in relationship with internship in France doing a similar activity in Airbus helicopter prototype department (Marignane site)
Participate to other improvement on going in the department
Support activity of a prototype project manager in the team to discover activities of project management and team coordination of an aircraft during flight test phase.
Desired skills and qualificationsEnrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
Good knowledge on IT tool is appreciated (Gsuite environment)
Technical basics knowledges
Know how to synthesize
Process analysis
VSA (Value Stream Analysis) basics knowledge and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) or similar
Lean principles
self-sufficient and dynamic
Creative, attentive and collaborative (teamwork)
Fluent in German and English. French is a Plus.
