Be part of a team thatdesigns, develops and integrates highly complex software functions forHoneywell Next Generation Avionics Displays & Graphics within Honeywell.You will be instrumental in designing, planning and coordinating work teams, aswell as providing technical support. You will also generate innovativesolutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal withproblems and opportunities. You will interface and exchange with internal andexternal customers, vendors and suppliers throughout the life of the project.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Display & Graphics or Avionics

WE VALUE

  • Understanding various software development lifecycle
  • Significant relevant experience, particularly operating within an Agile framework
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python and/or Open GL
  • Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
  • Experience with Avionics standards, including A661/A664 standard for aircraft cockpit displays and DO-178C certification compliance
  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
