Job Responsibilities:

The CEE Maintenance Data and Services Engineering (MDSE) team is responsible for the development, validation, distribution/sales and customer support of all maintenance procedures and common standard practices and operating procedures (SPOPs) needed to fully maintain and overhaul an engine and its major components, both on-wing and in a shop environment.
The Publication Life Cycle Management (PLCM) team within MDSE is responsible for the intake and management of engineering change requests (CRs), product assurance to ensure compliance, performance metrics for CR processing, first-time quality acceptance and nonconformance trending, and managing supplier relationships. The PA Analyst role within PLCM will be responsible for ensuring Service Bulletins (SB) , Engine Manuals (EM), and Illustrated Parts Data (IPD) are in compliance with publication requirements for various PurePower® and operational commercial engine programs.
The candidate will analyze new and revised procedures in accordance with industry specifications and publication requirements, define and implement process changes to improve publication deliverables, and develop first-time acceptance metrics and nonconformance trending reports. This candidate plays an important role in ensuring engine maintainers can easily perform maintenance and usher in new configurations to engine shops. As a PA Analyst, you will support our mission to produce high-quality and timely publications for our commercial engine customers around the world.

Job Responsibilities:
Using engineering data, ensure procedures were authored correctly and are technically accurate.
Develop nonconformance reports and first-time acceptance metrics that are critical to quality performance.
Act as a focal at PA Reviews and work directly with publication supervisors, program leads, and authors in delivering high-quality publications that have a uniform look and feel.
Interface with the Customer Technical Service team as it pertains to requirements.
Assist the team managers in identifying critical trends that are focus areas for writer training and awareness.
Provide ongoing status updates relative to development timelines in the MDSE tracking system (CPP).
Be able to adjust easily to changes in priority and surges in demand.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aviation/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
8+ years of experience in a customer support and/or engine maintenance task development role.
5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management.
Able to understand engineering source data with a vigorous attention to detail.
