The Work
Lockheed Martin RMS in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a full-time experienced professional engineer to become a member of the Radar Control & Signal Processing team. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to perform real-time radar control and signal processing software development in support of our product lines.

Additionally, the individual will be expected to produce high quality real-time software while working as part of an Agile team with domain experts from Hardware, Software, Subsystems and Systems Engineering to understand requirements, establish architecture/design, implement sound solutions, develop unit tests, and support integration and sustainment activities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline with a concentration in computer science courses
• 5 years of professional experience with object-oriented C++ programming or related programming language and experience working in a Linux/Unix environment
• Professional experience with Agile Principles, CI/CD Methodologies and Agile configuration Management tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
• Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Software Modeling (UML) and architecture
• Understanding and application of Design Patterns
• Experience with Code Optimization and real time SW development
• Radar Control Processing, Radar Signal Processing, Missile Communications, Electronic Protection, AAW
• Experience with unit testing and/or automated frameworks and test tools and techniques, Static/Dynamic Code Analysis tools and Embedded Applications
• Data Analysis
• Experience with frameworks (ex: Google Test) and Static/Dynamic Code Analysis tools
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Professional certifications in Project Management, SCRUM Master, Product Owner, SAFe framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
