Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
Demonstrate expert level skills in collaboration with different stakeholders, influencing decisions and an ability to take strategic view
Participate in activities for strategic business rhythms including Op Planning for the coming year

Assist sub-section managers in the execution of action item plans and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
Assure consistent, effective rhythms for lean methods are employed

Develop standard work, operating metrics and supporting analytics to drive execution and corrective actions
Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required. Manage procurement and onboarding process
Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.
Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required

Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected

Navigate through ambiguity, prioritize conflicting asks and show ability to adapt to changing project situations.

​Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Operations
  • US Citizen, and ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance
