Description:The candidate will be required to support the JAVELIN Integrated Technical Operations Center (ITOC) Orlando, which is an on-call operations center. This includes daily interface with US Armed Forces both CONUS and OCONUS for asset transportation, spares requisition, and end-user support. The candidate may be required to participate in commercial air carrier facility inspections both foreign and domestic, Integrated Process Team (IPT) reviews, and program status meetings. The candidate will be a direct interface with US Armed Forces on behalf of JAVELIN and support off-hours work for the ITOC. The candidate will be required to interface with FMS customers as required. The candidate will perform any necessary travel to the depots, army bases, transportation service provider and airport facilities and end-user locations in support of transportation and ITOC efforts. The candidate will assist with depot workflow and planning as needed.

The candidate must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance.

The candidate will build rapport and good relationships with Test Engineering, Production Operations, shipping/traffic, customer, field representatives at the bases and program management to achieve program objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
-Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance
-Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers
-Demonstrated problem-solving skills
-Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
-Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
-Strong Computer Skills including M365
-Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
-Present formal presentations to large customer audiences and to senior level Lockheed Martin management
Desired Skills:
-Familiarity with Asset Management System (AMS)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
