Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer (AMMM Reliability). In this role, you will perform Reliability analysis of assigned systems using traditional techniques including Reliability Predictions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Maintenance task Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis, and Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action. You will also analyze field performance data and trend failure modes to drive Reliability improvements and create Technical Publications Source Data. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education in a reliability/maintainability or diagnostic field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical writing experience
• Ability to understand and analyze data and metrics as well as conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with data analysis/manipulation tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA
• Basic knowledge of systems engineering concepts
• Basic Knowledge interpreting technical drawings or schematics
• Lab Experience
• Project Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
