Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer for Model Based
Systems Engineering (MBSE). In this role, you will:

• Apply modern engineering practices for Digital
Transformation initiatives including Agile, Model
Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Test
Automation.
• Perform technical planning, system integration,
verification and validation, cost and risk, and
supportability and efficiency analyses for total
systems—analyses are performed at all levels of
total system product to include: concept, design,
fabrication, test, installation, operation,
maintenance and disposal
• Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of
customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical,
schedule, and cost constraints

The successful candidate will demonstrate systems thinking skills and behaviors, and have excellent communication skills.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Aerospace, Computer,
Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related
technical field
• Familiarity with one or more Systems
Engineering functions, such as:
a.) Subsystem design or analysis
b.) CONOPS development
c.) System modeling or analysis
d.) Requirements and Interface Control
Document (ICD) development
•Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a
government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and common
modeling approaches
• Systems engineering experience or relevant
systems engineering training through a
university or certificate program
• Familiarity or proficiency with the following
engineering tools: [SysML/Cameo Magic Draw, DOORS, MATLAB, Architecture Framework such
as DoDAF, Model Center]
• Missile or space segment design and test
experience with one or more subsystems or
fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-
based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
