You will be joining the Honeywell ES-ET (Electronic Solutions/Electronic Test Solutions) team, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and integrating highly complex systems. Your work will involve creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, and you will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle, from business development to product end of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform requirements analysis and decomposition to understand customer needs and translate them into system requirements.
•Design systems and utilize model-based development techniques to create innovative and efficient solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of subsystems and components.
•Conduct systems validation and verification activities to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the systems.
•Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and address any concerns or issues.
•Provide project oversight, including coordinating project activities, managing budget and schedule, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
•Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

WE VALUE:
•Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and experience in executing projects from concept to delivery.
•Proficiency in electrical schematic development and understanding to ensure accurate system design.
•Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts to solve complex problems.
•Experience working with diverse and global teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
•Familiarity with Avionics, Siemens Design Tools, AutoCad LT, and PCB Layout to support system design and development.
•Self-motivation and ability to work with little supervision, consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
•Adaptability to project changes and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions based on sound judgment.
