• Within LM Space, the Echo Program Area is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the program area as a Systems Engineer. This exciting position will fill a critical need in the new and emerging area of protecting space assets.

• As part of our Sustainment team, you will have the opportunity to support an operational system by identifying defects, testing defect fixes, regression testing software updates from the development teams, maintaining an up-to-date, clear, and concise body of documentation including operations procedures and training packages for the users of the system, and calculating system availability and dependability. You will work closely with the Sustainment lead and the rest of the multi-disciplinary Sustainment Agile team. And you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the development teams, contractors, customers, operators, and other subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in software testing and defect tracking
• Experience producing quality technical documentation (e.g. procedures, test documentation, training materials, design documentation)
• Active TS security clearance required prior to start
• Ability to obtain additional program accesses including TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills:
The following skills are desired and will be treated as discriminators (not required to have most/all):

• Experience with various levels of testing (requirements verification, feature testing, and/or unit testing)
• Experience with interface definition and documentation
• Experience with CONOPS development
• Experience working on an Agile scrum team
• Experience with automated testing

• Domain knowledge of planning and scheduling antenna resources
• Domain knowledge of control and statusing antenna resources

• SCI clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
