Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will report to the WSE System Simulation manager and work in a team environment supporting the development of the THAAD End-to-End Simulation (ETESIM) software. The candidate will be responsible for the development of THAAD weapon system software models, integration of individual THAAD component models into ETESIM, coordination of code defects with system components, updating the software ETESIM Software User’s Manual (SUM) , Software Version Description document (SVD), and any other ETESIM software related documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or other related program degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience with software development/Models & Simulation
• Experience with Programming Language such as C or C++
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Agile methods
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (word, powerpoint, excel).
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation software development
• Communication Skills
• Work in a team environment
• Fortran
• Open GL
• Unix/Linux scripting
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
