Description:This program finance analyst position supports the Fixed Wing program as the Orders, Sales and Profit (OSP) Lead. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Participate in/lead the development of the Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Coordinate and consolidate inputs on Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash from program finance analysts. Analyze data submitted, assess any relevant risk and opportunities to current financial forecast, and prepare summary reports and recommendations for presentation to senior management. Lead the analysis of actual results against plan.
• Prepare the quarterly CSR for presentation to F&BO senior management and executives
• Interact and coordinate with F&PA counterparts to allow for an effective two-way flow of information
• Focal point for Ernst & Young audit activities; as well as key point of contact for Accounting
• This person will provide critical insight to management based on decisions that will impact Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in related Business discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management)

Professional experience in Finance and Business Operations
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in managing financial results for contract execution, FP&A or Accounting preferred

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
