Responsibilities

Senior Analyst position to support Treasury’s Corporate Finance group. Serves as a champion for corporate finance projects and initiatives, including performing financial analyses to support decision making that drives value. Supports Treasury’s Corporate Finance Senior Manager as a financial business partner that is intellectually curious, focuses on generating results, and has a growth mindset.

  • Perform various corporate finance analyses (e.g., liquidity, capital structure/allocation, financial leverage, balance sheet, weighted average cost of capital, etc.), prepare debt compliance certificates, and assist with covenant reporting requirements.
  • Assist with cash forecasts, which helps ensure the company has the cash and liquidity to meet its current and future obligations. Partner with internal departments to ensure that both projected results and cash requirements are accurately reflected in cash flow projections.
  • Assist with corporate insurance/risk management programs, claims, and renewals. Coordinate and request certificates of insurance with third-party service providers.
  • Assist with the timely and accurate completion of existing and new fleet information, payments, and reporting. Prepare, calculate, and analyze fleet commitments and agreements.
  • Maintain, track, and report all aspects of financial risk exposure, corporate lines of credit, interest rates/swaps, letter of credit facilities, and surety bonds.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury forecasts/annual budgets.
  • Develop, build, and own financial models and analyses to support strategic and business initiatives for all financing decisions/options.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, review SEC filings for treasury-related information and transactions, and clearly convey conclusion and insights.
  • Prepare and submit treasury related invoices for approval and processing; develop presentation materials; assist with treasury related SEC reporting requirements/quarterly 10-Q/K support documentation/Bloomberg support; perform ad-hoc analysis and other treasury duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling experience required.
  • 2-5+ years of finance experience, FP&A role, or related field.
  • Team player with a demonstrable ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques; strong fluency with formulas and functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving individual who can identify issues, develop solutions, and articulate findings.
  • Ideal candidate must have an inherent curiosity, be a quick learner, and have a growth mindset.
  • Keen analytical skill and detail oriented with a passion for ‘getting it right’ under pressure/tight timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong prioritization and organization skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
