Description:The THAAD Post Production Team is looking for a program finance analyst who is a self-motivated person with a strong aptitude in business, finance, or accounting, interested in learning and applying all aspects of defense contract budgeting, earned value measurement, forecasting, analysis, and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment. This position will support a myriad of program finance functions and will include the following responsibilities: Long-Range Planning (LRP) for the business area. Assists in managing financial metrics for the business area. Effectively communicates the financial performance to management. Provide support to the Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) process to include presentation of financial data to management. Assists in the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing the preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with an aptitude for various systems and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Self-starter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
