Cabinet Finish Technician III

High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years Paint / finish experience
Must be willing to manage a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor &x9;
Ability to communicate well in straight-forward situations
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Ability to analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers
Must possess excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to initiate improvements with in defined boundaries
Routinely lifts up to 25 lbs, occasionally lifts up to 100 lbs
Stands for long periods of time, with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and stooping
Uses hands to reach, grasp and feel, with good finger dexterity
Reads, writes, speaks and understands English fluently
Visual acuity correctable to 20/20
Works in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, noisy environments
Exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes

&x9;Ability to attain & retain AOA badge or Airport requirements &x9;Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned &x9;Regularly scheduled attendance required&x9; &x9;Must be able to work various shifts and overtime as directed
