Job Description SummaryCoordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Know and understand build plan for assigned programs.
  • Ensure shop paper and attainment tracking is correct.
  • Know and understand complete program supply chain for assigned programs.
  • Track program status to plan and report to necessary personnel, including communication to shop associates on needed actions.
  • Understand inventory transactions, labor vouchering, part routings and count points.
  • Perform inventory actions necessary to maintain system accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Material, Planning, Fulfillment or related experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Material, Planning, Fulfillment or related experience
