Honeywells ACST team is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Compliance Specialist at our Golden Valley, MN; Chandler, AZ; or Broomfield, CO locations.  You will support ACST procurement and supply chain operations to ensure compliance with Honeywell policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $73,100 to $110,000

 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzes contracts, purchase orders, sub-awards and other agreements and solicitations to identify and mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with Company Policies and procedures
• Supports Compliance Leadership in the oversight and procedures of the Companys Purchasing System
• Implements effective training plans to drive employee and organizational compliance knowledge and development
• Ensure SAP Procurement system complies with Honeywell and SEA policies
• Work with internal team on requirements and need dates to support projects and businesses

YOU MUST HAVE

• Five+ years of experience in USG Subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements
• Five+ years of experience in Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar system
• Successful candidate must remain up to date in FAR/DFARS regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance as needed for the business

WE VALUE

• Bachelors Degree BS or BA, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration
• FAR Part 15 Government Compliance experience
• Must be able to deploy a systematic approach to work and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a timely and well-organized manner with limited oversight
• Adapt to constantly changing work assignments, consistently make timely decisions while balancing conflicting goals with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment
