Description:The Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Supplier Performance Lead will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing potential solutions, assesses options and supporting the implementation of an evolved risk management process for Supply Chain. Will also be responsible for scaling and maturing of the new capabilities, as well as supporting the daily operations of enterprise supply chain risk management related to supplier performance.

This role will focus heavily on executing and maturing existing areas of Supply Chain Risk including CRX-106 reporting, systemic supply chain issues, industrial development, international growth, supplier withhold process and other task related to supplier performance. This position will also collaborate and align with other supply chain functions such as Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Development and Supplier Diversity on emerging initiatives and efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
• 4-year bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
• Supply Chain Management experience in the defense industry
Desired Skills:
• Lockheed Martin subcontract manager, procurement or buyer experience
• International supply chain experience
• Experience leading performing risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to explain and collaborate on resolution of risks
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to successfully to influence and build rapport with all levels of the organization including executives
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management, process improvement, and change management
• Deals effectively with ambiguity and strategic issues, as well as the detailed tactical activity involved in driving change
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $112,800 - $216,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
