Skills You Bring To this Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related program.
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 10 years supply chain management experience, with at least one of the following:
- Long-Term Contracting
- Strategic Sourcing strategy and techniques
- Contract negotiations
- Financial analysis/forecasting
- Cost analysis of commodity / raw materials
- Planning or Data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in the face of ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to company leaders.
What you need to be successful
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier, and commodity management, supplier relationships, contracts management, project management.
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI
- Analytical experience in commodity management, key performance indicators, business cases, profit, and loss.
- Proficiency in procurement software suite SAP, CLM or other similar software application
- Experience applying Six Sigma / Lean Principles / Tools.
- DOD / USG Contracts Processes.
