Key Areas of Responsibility
Administration of maintenance/completion project
· Communication with existing suppliers, ordering of goods and clarifying the details of deliveries, claims
· Manage all material requirements with a view to optimizing operation plans and part supplies while minimizing the impact of flow interruptions on shipping and receiving docks and in the working areas.
· Receives material requirements from floor, initiate procurement process, planning of material needs and logistic to support floor operations.
· Focal point managing the routing of materials from purchasing to the floor.
· Interact with warehouse and solve the issues connected to purchase / delivery / receipt of the material.
· Interact with planning department, design department if necessary to clarify requirements.
· Ensures day-to-day material priorities identifying potential problems and providing solution.
· Interacts with BHTCL and supply centers (AMS, CSS, AAI) for an optimization of parts procurement and distribution.
· Participates on definition and evaluation of potential suppliers/partners.
· Cooperation across whole logistics department
· Communicates with other teams:
o technical solutions of projects / requirements, material coverage of projects (setting priorities), pricing / timeframe for planned projects (opportunities), invoicing / payments, compliance, licenses, etc.
