Processing of parts delivered to company to include receiving, put-away, kitting and issuing process. Parts Clerks are part of the company(`9s Supply Chain Management Department and provide a key role in inventory management. 

ASSIGNED DUTIES: 
1) Receiving of Parts (`3 Assist with the offloading of delivery vehicles (ie. FedEx, UPS trucks). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, sort, organize, open boxes, read a packing list. 
2) Must be able to work the following hours: 
* 3 days during the week from 3:30 pm to midnight 
* Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm 
3) Stock Put-Away (`3 Put parts away in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted. Potential to learn how to use a forklift. Ability to learn a computer system which controls the location of inventory location within the warehouse. 
4) Kitting of Parts (`3 Learn how to kits parts per company practices, read, count, sort, use of computer. 
5) Issuing of parts (`3 Utilizing our computer system to look up and process parts against a Work Order to relieve inventory. Computer skills, accuracy of work performed. 




Minimum High School Diploma 

(a2Demonstrate experience using any PC (will train on company specific) Visual or SAP a plus 
(a2Very detail orientated, ability to count (add, subtract) accurately 
(a2Able to take direction, prioritize work and multi-task assignments 
(a2Able to work in a fast pace team environment. 
(a2Demonstrate initiative by improving processes or daily work 
(a2Valid drivers license with no driving infractions within the last 2 years. 

Experience needed for a position as a Parts Clerk, include a high school diploma and at least two years of warehouse experience. Computer system positions require skills in data entry and computer operation. Communication and teamwork skills are essential in a warehouse environment and are required for this position.
