Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $42.00 an hour
Job Description:
Aerotek Aviation is currently hiring A&P Mechanics on a contract to hire basis to perform general aircraft maintenance, repair and modifications for Corporate Jets / Business Jets such as Cessna Citations, Dassault Falcon Jet, Bombardier, Beechcraft/Hawker and King Air models. Job duties include but are not be limited to:
- Removal and installation of panels and components, repair work and sheet metal repair or installation.
- Troubleshooting and evaluation of systems on the aircraft when designated. Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated.
- Aircraft movement, assistance in performance runs and taxiing when required. Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required.
- Work independently on projects or lead small projects when directed by Team Leader. Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Work Environment: State-of-the-art facility features 60,000 sq. ft of heated hangar space.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Must have FAA A&P License Required
Must have A&P Tools and Tool Box
Corporate Jet Experienced Preferred but not required
