A&P Mechanic

We are seeking a passionate and experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team. As an A&P Mechanic at Lakeland Aircraft, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and modifications on various aircraft types. • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify any issues or discrepancies
• Perform repairs, replacements, and modifications as necessary
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior mechanics when necessary

Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
• Experience working with fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience or a desire to take on leadership roles
