Description:
Seeking to hire an aircraft mechanic with aircraft sheet metal experience for our Aircraft Restoration position. A & P license desired but not required.
• Metal forming, spot welding, and general aircraft tear-down and rebuild.
• Will restore WWII Warbird airframe components.
• Repairing and fabricating new parts from original parts, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Will be performing true hands on assembly and fabrication work
- Looking for candidates who have experience with multiple approaches to forming parts out of 2024.
- Should understand the annealing process, be experienced with metal bending equipment beyond a brake and a press.
- Journeyman level knowledge of riveting, and they should be versed in proper disassembly.

- Any experience with aircraft hydraulic and electrical systems, aircraft fabric, painting, or aircraft assembly or final assembly is a bonus but not required.
