Job Description:
Perform Individual Static Load Conditions in order to calibrate Strain Gaged Aircraft Components and Load Cells. Qualified candidates must have previous experience in all three levels of our process: Set up, Record, and Test. The related functions of the calibration include;
 
1) Mechanical set up or fixturing of the part experience in a Tensile Machine or Load Frame as well as test in process and finished product.

2) Selection & set up of the hydraulic Pump, cylinders and load cells for the load application. (Axial, Torque, Bending, Shear Load)

3) Wiring and Check Out of the strain gaged parameters to a Data Acquisition Console to perform the Calibration test. Familiar with Wheatstone Bridge Circuitry and Lab View Operating System a plus.

4) Documentation and logging of the Calibration Data.

5) Must be able to work at heights
