Job Description:
 
Coordinate with Operations, Flight Crews and Director or Maintenance to
maintain the flight schedule and ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance
with procedures in the JetSelect General Operations Manual.
Essential Functions
Act as primary point of contact for all mechanical discrepancies that may affect the daily operation of all company aircraftCommunicate directly with Operations, flight crews and maintenance to determine if discrepancies are eligible for deferral utilizing the approved MEL/NEF guidelinesCoordinate with maintenance, contract maintenance or OEM Service Centers to work aircraft discrepancies and planned maintenance events and ensure the best possible course of action to get the aircraft back into service as soon as possible.Coordinate with Director of Maintenance if travel to an aircraft is required by a JSA maintenance technician.Enter discrepancies into computer tracking program (CAMP)Make recommendations for corrective action of discrepancies based on aircraft service history analysis, applicable MM guidance and operator experienceComply with whatever directives are set forth by the Director of MaintenancePromote teamwork by cooperation with all co-workersPromote safety for self and othersOther duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Work Environment
Primarily office environment however may require work in aircraft
hangar with possible extreme weather conditions.

Able to lift 50 lbs.

May travel to other locations to complete job functions
Education, Experience and Certifications Required
A&P license, IA, 5 – 10 years’ experience working with Part 135 jet
aircraft operations, working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR),
company GMM, GOM, and MEL, experience using CAMP maintenance tracking program,
strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills,
experience managing multiple projects, ability to manage high stress
situations, experience working with vendors, proficient in the use of
maintenance reference material including Manufacture’s Maintenance manuals,
Structural Repair Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogs both paper and
electronic
