Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for Quality Control Inspectors to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations
- Inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions
- Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner
- Specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished
- Communicates deficiencies to proper persons
- Maintains Quality Control files
- Document results of all inspections.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option (Jacksonville, FL).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Aerospace Inspection.
- 3+ years of experience performing product or process inspections.
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections.
- P-8 Flight line experience/Operation Check
- Experience with Boeing P-8 aircraft and/or Military aircraft.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $68,052 - $70,918
