Description:Lockheed Martin is currently seeking a meticulous Electromechanical Inspector to ensure the quality and reliability of our electromechanical products. As an Electromechanical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in inspecting components, housings, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.

Responsibilities:

Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high-power microscopes, test equipment, and handheld inspection tools.

Verify conformance to established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.

Record inspection results accurately and promptly into the Quality Management System (QMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to report and document non-conformances.

Work with engineering to provide detailed reports on non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED

- 3 years of microscope inspection experience

-Ability to obtain security clearance and must be able to obtain an interim clearance prior to starting.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
