ATR - Integrated Planning Manager M/F

Job Description:

MISSION

Within the “Programs” department, the jobholder is reporting to the Head of Integrated Planning and is responsible for the following areas:

• Long/medium terms planning activities within ATR:
  • Sales & Production Matching (SPM)
  • Watch tower
  • Aircraft allocation strategy
  • E2E Planning synchronization with Plan de Production, Integrated Planning, Material Planning and Short-terms activities
• Work in collaboration with all involved stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Engineering Procurement, etc ...) to secure consistent scenario and adherence mindset.

ACTIVITES

• Leads SPM process: collection of demand scenarios, production volume scenarios (along with associated industrial hypotheses) and align stakeholders on consistent scenario (Volume & Mix) for upcoming years;
• Lead Watch Tower process: tracking of 12 months rolling planning’s execution and identify deviation and corrective actions
• Support allocation strategy with Commercial Directorate (Delivery profile release, update and tracking, risk identification) and Deal Approval process (planning risk identification and associated mitigating actions)
• Lead a/c planning change and feasibility studies from Integrated planning perspective, including all end-to-end planning aspects from engineering, certification, human-ressources, supply, etc…
• As responsible for End-to-end planning: release Integrated planning internally, track deviations and launch recovery plan with ATR stakeholders

PROFIL

• at least 15 years of experience in Planning Activities (S&OP, strategic planning, E2E planning, integrated planning, industrial and commercial planning)
• Good knowledge in Planning Process and methodology
• Fluent in French & English, Italian is a plus
• IT: MS Office, Excel, MS Projects (&43;&43;), any other Planning Management Tool (Primavera, Orchestra), APC Jaguar, Tactical module, SAP
• “Hands-on” ability on Planning tool such as MSP is a must-have.
• Rigorous (&43;&43;), Objective-oriented, and results-driven
• Good coordination capacity and synthesis skills, particularly in multi-functional environment
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, creativity, team player mindset and persuasive leadership to foster adherence mindset amongst stakeholders

MISSION

Au sein du département &34;Programmes&34;, le titulaire du poste est rattaché au chef de la planification intégrée et est responsable des domaines suivants :

• Les activités de planification à long/moyen terme au sein d&39;ATR :

o Sales & Production Matching (SPM)

o Watch Tower

o Stratégie d&39;allocation des avions

o Synchronisation de la planification E2E avec le plan de production, la planification intégrée, la planification matérielle et les activités à court terme.

• Travailler en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes impliquées (Commercial, Opérations, Ingénierie, Approvisionnement, etc...) afin de garantir un scénario cohérent et un état d&39;esprit d&39;adhésion.

ACTIVITES

• - Diriger le processus SPM : collecte des scénarios de demande, des scénarios de volume de production (avec les hypothèses industrielles associées) et aligner les parties prenantes sur un scénario cohérent (volume et mélange) pour les années à venir ;
• - Diriger le processus Watch Tower : suivi de l&39;exécution du planning glissant sur 12 mois et identifier les déviations et les actions correctives.
• - Soutenir la stratégie d&39;attribution avec la direction commerciale (publication, mise à jour et suivi du profil de livraison, identification des risques) et le processus d&39;approbation des contrats (identification des risques liés à la planification et mesures d&39;atténuation associées).
• - Diriger les changements de planification et les études de faisabilité d&39;un point de vue de la planification intégrée, y compris tous les aspects de la planification de bout en bout de l&39;ingénierie, de la certification, des ressources humaines, de l&39;approvisionnement, etc.
• - En tant que responsable de la planification de bout en bout, la diffusion du planning en interne, le suivi des écarts et le lancement de plan de redressement avec les parties prenantes de l&39;ATR.

PROFIL

• au moins 15 ans d&39;expérience dans les activités de planification (S&OP, planification stratégique, planification E2E, planification intégrée, planification industrielle et commerciale)
• - Bonne connaissance du processus et de la méthodologie de planification
• - Maîtrise du français et de l&39;anglais, l&39;italien est un plus.
• - INFORMATIQUE : MS Office, Excel, MS Projects (&43;&43;), tout autre outil de gestion de la planification (Primavera, Orchestra), APC Jaguar, module tactique, SAP
• &34;Des compétences pratiques sur des outils de planification tels que MSP sont indispensables.

• Rigueur (&43;&43;), orienté(e) vers les objectifs et les résultats.
• Bonne capacité de coordination et de synthèse, en particulier dans un environnement multifonctionnel
• Enthousiasme, adaptabilité, créativité, esprit d&39;équipe et leadership persuasif pour favoriser l&39;adhésion des parties prenantes.
